United Shades Naval Academy U.S.N.A. beer stein. Panels show Scientia school insignia with trident, Bancroft Hall building at Annapolis Maryland and Tecumseh the American Indian figurehead of the USS Delaware.
The stein is marked on the bottom: Copyright Eric P. Mihan, 1953, Germany.
From 1952 - 1953 Mihan designed custom steins for universities, colleges, sports teams and the armed services.
