It's marked Walnut Police and FD in the middle of the star. The third badge is simply ...a 6-pointed star that is marked POLICE on the front. The back is marked American Seal & Stamp, and 192-194 SO CLARK ST CHICAGO. It's unclear what city this badge is from.
