Original Description:
Dunhill would supply their salesman with pipes to display to clients and stamped them "Not For Sale" as seen on this gorgeous 1976 Hungarian/Oom Paul. What makes this pipe so special is they are always the cream of the crop as Dunhill obviously wanted their salesmen to show only the finest product. This one incredibly remains unsmoked after 43 years, a true collectors item! It has a very deep and dark stain and the briar shows birdseye on the left side and ring grain on the right. The ...stamp "52 HU" means it is a Group 5 with saddle stem and the HU stands for Hungarian. You simply will not see many of these in general, and this may well be the only unsmoked salesman example in existence. The stem is original with crisp white spot. Destined to become your favorite smoker or to be kept in its original state as a collectors piece, only the high bidder can decide!
