This is a replacement bolt made during WWII for the 1903 Springfield. This was made by Brown and Sharp- the people who make very high quality measuring instruments- calipers etc....It is not "correct" for any 03 technically- these were replacements but they will be found on EVERY make of 03 that saw actual use.
This is a 70 year old item, so I cannot say that it is new in cosmoline but, look at the pictures, I'm reasonably certain it never was used in a rifle. The bolt face is... clean.
