Rubber face with plush body, wearing a black plush tuxedo jacket with tails and white felt collar

Measures approx. 11" tall x 13" across
Well loved, with signs of age
No tag, his felt webbed feet are worn, right webbed "hand" is missing; also missing his hat
Some soil / dust from years of storage, however no bad odors
