BABY CHICK or DUCK
An original baby chick or duck with the rubber face and plush body, made by Rushton, in Atlanta, Georgia. These were made from about the 1950`s into the 1960`s. They were sold in the early 1960`s here on the West coast at Marineland. Measures about 15 inches tall and is in about excellent condition with some dust to the edges of its fur from being stored the last 20+ years. Looks complete, with no cracks to the still pliable f...ace. Bright colors with no fade and very little wear but doesn`t stand well on its feet and the black ribbon is a little brittle. From an older child that collected, not played with. Was never in the washing machine. Really rare and displays beautifully, would make a wonderful addition to any vintage Rushton, duck/ chicken, or doll collection.
