17 jewel Swiss incabloc movement - subsidiary second hand. Please see photos. Been in my collection some years and used at regular intervals. Good timekeeper. Would have liked to have shown photo of mechanism but not easy to open without damaging. However with 17 jewels I think we can assume it's jewelled at the centre.
