We make every attempt to describe said vessels accurately, and completely. However, we can not be held accountable to such descriptions due to many factors such as Weather, accessibility, location, etc. All vessels are subject to fees for hoisting, blocking, launching, winterizing, survey, hauling, storage, summerization, start -up, and failure to consummate sale. Fee Schedule: Buyer has 10 days from auction end to pay for and take delivery of vessel. After 10 days our regular storage rates will apply. A startup fee of $50.00 will apply to start up the engine (per Engine). If sale is made in the winter months, the buyer is responsible for re winterizing after startup. If the boat needs to be moved there will be a $6.00 per running foot charge to move vessel. Buyer is responsible for shipping. Michigan 6% sales tax applies to all transactions that take place in Michigan. In the event there is litigation filed by either party, the sole jurisdiction/venue shall be governed by Michigan law, and MUST take place in the State of Michigan.
