Original Description:
Presented from Modcabana. Blenko Model # 5516 from 1955-1960, by Wayne Husted. This Mid Century Modern 34” Turquoise Architectural Scale Floor Vase with Stopper is rare and stunning and much larger than it appears in the photos.
The piece is in overall very good condition. The body glass is clear with no staining and no damage. Held up to the light, there is very light dust in the base that will come out. There are a few areas with light abrasions, really just rubs that don’t c...ut into the glass mostly, and I can provide additional photos of these areas though they are very difficult to see. The stopper has some nicks in the glass as shown In the last two photos. It’s on the top rim in two areas. There is some dust inside of the stopper from age although it is airtight. Measurements: Approximately 34” H x 7.25” W
