Rare Vintage Mid Century Blenko Glass Owl/Lion Figurine Bookend Paperweight SetFree Shipping. Both owl and lion are from the 1960's and each now has a truly original retro/mid century look to it.Each piece is fairly heavy and solid.A vivid, deep, and rich Cobalt-Ocean Blue color shines with true brilliance as they reflect sun from the window sill or as a bookend on a white shelf.Flat backs and flat bottoms allows them to stand sturdy and strong.UNIQUE GIFT! Perfect as bookends, paperwe...ights, or simply charming and whimsical pieces of art glass decor.OWLMeasures 4 1/2" tall and 3 1/4" across the back/bottom.It weighs 1.2 lbs!!Very good vintage condition! There are a few tiny nicks on the back from use but no major scratches, cracks or repairs.LION The lion is truly just adorable and also more scarcely available.Its starburst mane and circle face are reminiscent of midcentury modern ceramic lions by Lisa Larson, David Stewart, and others.It measures 4-1/2" tall by 2-7/8" wide and 1-1/2" deep. Weighs just over 1Lb.It is in very good vintage condition, with a some tiny surface nicks in the back from use but no major scratches chips, cracks or repairs.
