Metal plate came from an estate sale auction. It is signed on the front and is a limited edition plate or charger. It is a 46 out of 15, 000 piece and measures approx. 11 3/4" in diameter. I believe it is a dancing horse or a mystical type horse. It has a hanger on the back. I do not seem to find any major defects, it may have a sm...udge or mark that I am not aware of.
