This is a very unique clock. The face of the colck says "Jaccard Jewelry Co., Kansas City, Mo. The movement is Chelsea Clock Co. Boston. There is matching serial numbers on the clock and case- 86746, which should land it between 1910-1914. The case is solid brass and the numbers on the dial are brass. It measures about 15 1/2in tall, 12 1/4in wide, and 6 1/4 in depth. It weighs right at 34 pounds. The clock is not in working condition and I do not know what is wrong w...ith it.
