Up for sale is an original large format negative taken by a US soldier at the end of World War 2 in Germany. It shows
A captured German Tiger Tank Panzer
The quality and sharpness of the image is extraordinary.
 Note that the surface of the negative has suffered from age (see photos), but the image when scanned is still great (the first image was scanned today for the auction). Very rare.  Negative measures approx. 5 x 4 inch (125 x 100 mm).
