This is a lovely vintage circa 1950's silver and 10 carat white gold plated Italian shell cameo ring.
The ring has very faded stamps ( probably for sterling silver ) which I cannot quite read and also a 10K stamp for white gold plating.
The ring is sized approx. UK K and a half which is approx. US five and a half.
