For your consideration: Edward vom Hofe, size 1 Black Bass reel. This small, hard to find Edward vom Hofe casting reel has hard rubber side-plates with German silver fittings. The reel measures 3 inches in diameter and 1 1/4 inches across the inside spool.
The reel's rear oil cap is marked:

The front cap is marked: Edward vom Hofe MakerFulton St. N.Y.
The reel is in very good condition both inside and out. The foot is full length and straight. The foot is stamped with the number "1"
All of the reel's functioning parts work just as they should. The rear mounted clicker is loud and strong.
