Vintage 1930s 1940s Siemens Model C or D 16mm Film Movie Camera. I am unsure of exact model. You be the judge. With Meyer-Anastigmat f: 1.5 f=20mm lens. Marked "Siemens Nr. 633318". Appears to be complete. Nice German quality camera.
I am not a camera expert. Please ask questions.
Camera runs when wound up. Starts off slow then builds speed. Will probably need to work in order to function correctly.
In as found, as-is, untested, uncleaned condition. Was stored without a ca...se. Dusty and dirty. When opened interior shows moisture dots and crackling to paint. Surface is stable though. Will leave proper cleaning to buyer.
