Original Description:
This amazing piece (not signed but attributed to E. Kees) has beautifully shaped sticks and a delicate silk fabric appliqueed into tulle netting , all decorated with tiny, hand applied gold sequins or “paillettes”.  It has a gold-colored ring to pivot.  It is in good condition, stains, see the pictures.Lenght : 0.74" (21 cm).
