This is a 16mm, BW, sound film print of "Caribbean Romance" (1943-44) - directed by Lester Fuller -and distributed by NTA (National Telefilms Association) . It runs about 20 minutes, has complete titles , no splices , some light lines/wear , a little contrasty (that's why I believe it to be a dupe - that and the fact that there are titles in the beginning where they've put black over some of the credits ? - see photos), and no vinegar.
In the second (Paramount produ...ction numberFF10-2) of Paramount's Musical Parade Featurette series, mirth and music predominate while a boy and a girl fall in love on a cruise ship making calls in all the Caribbean ports, with plenty of songs and dances of Latin America origin being staged.
