Policy on Returns: Unwanted or Unsuitable Items
If you are unhappy with a product you have purchased from us, you may return the product within 14 days of delivery for a refund. All products must be returned in their original packaging and in a re-saleable condition (with any seals or wrapping unbroken). You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items to us. We also reserve the right to charge a 10% adminstration fee for returned items.Faulty Items
In the unlikely event that you receive an item which proves to be faulty we are happy to help. However, we do ask that you notify us of any problem within 14 days. Please ensure you check your product once it has arrived. The return period extends to 31 days around the Christmas period.
