Date: early 1900’s between 1905-1907 - dated from the officers badge - patrolman star - old seal.
Condition. Glassine paper, cardboard folder, discoloration on cardboard and rounded edges and tears throughout the folder, please s...ee pictures for condition. The photo itself is in very good condition. No rips, tears or stains, image remains clear and sharp.
Photo measures - Just shy of 4 inches across and 5 ½ inches tall. The folder measures 6 ½ inches across and 9 ½ inches tall.
