Is this an authentic Japanese item? - As far as we know, it's not a Chinese knock-off fake. Our stuff is bought from various Japanese sources and shipped to me in the USA fro...m Japan. We don't know it's history beyond that.
Where is this located? - The item is in the USA. It was shipped to me from Japan and is ready for immediate shipping to you. No fake address and waiting forever here!
Is this in English? - Any Books/CDs/DVDs/Toys and whatever else is in Japanese language only and no other.
Do you combine shipping? - We do combine shipping but it's best to ask me for a combined shipping quote before buying as ebay may total it up incorrectly. This is especially true of large orders.
Do you combine shipping for FOREIGN BUYERS? - If you want to buy more than one item, please contact me first with a list of everything you want. Links are best to send me. This is so I can make you a new listing with all the stuff you want for you to get a combined shipping rate. Ebay's Global Shipping Program doesn't combine shipping, so it has to be done this way and I don't personally send anything outside of this program for various reasons.

Combined shipping is very high! - Try switching all your items to show "priority mail". Ebay has troubles combining shipping unless they all show the same class of shipping. If it's still too high, please message me and I'll try to figure out lower shipping for you.
How about poster/scroll shipping cost? - Posters and wall scrolls can only be sent with other posters/wall scrolls and no other items.
I cannot combine this book/cd with a toy? - Stuff like books and CDs are sent MEDIA MAIL which is cheaper than first class which is how I send toys. If you try to combine the two, it's often more expensive than sending them apart as you probably are over a pound which needs Priority Mail to ship the package out.
Can I make a BEST OFFER? - I get this asked a lot on newly listed items which doesn't have a best offer on them. Sadly I do not and will not put best offers on my stuff unless it's over a month old. I like to give stuff time and enough chances to sell.
