I've owned this book since 1992 when I bought this from Stop N Go (no longer exists). I've never read the book when I bought it, it went straight to backing board and sleeves. I have more than 1 copy of this, #362 and #363. With pressing, you can get a really high grade. 4 sharp corners, the only flaws I see are the manufacturer defect on the right side of the ...book. I believe CGC won't deduct from it. I never graded this book, or took it to Comic Con, or comic book shop.
