Some scuffing and scratching to exterior. Cones are solid but dusty. Speakers test good with great sound. LED works on both speakers. The Sequerra Model 7 speaker system was available new in the early 1980’s and is still being produced today. This auction is for an original version pair from the 1980’s. The system was built to produce hi-fidelity sound from a small enclosure. In the 1980’s this system was amongst the first very small mini-monitor audiophile speakers. They ...span the audio range of 20kHz to about the 100Hz mark, which is admirable form a system of its size. It is recommended to use a subwoofer for sub 100Hz frequencies. What the Met-7’s do within its frequency band is truly amazing. They accurately reproduce the depth of the acoustical environment, and present a sharp and natural musical image. Their midrange reproduction is very lucid and lifelike, definitely amongst the best in a system of this size. The Model 7’s feature a red and green LED behind the perforated metal grille; the red one indicates the onset of overload (not usually audible when the light goes on momentarily), and the green one stays l it when all is well with the signal.
