A Vintage royal dart clip lighter made by Parker. This is stamped Japan as well as Parker. It is brown in colour. The lighter part turns and there is a spark - no gas in it to know if it stays alight. the top is a little fiddly thought. Don't know if that's a design flaw or just this one. As you see it, no box or other items with it. The lighter itself has a few marks consistent with age. I believe this is from the 1970's.
