This is a great historical piece from the early space travel years. It's a six inch metal lunar globe from 1969 that commemorates the Apollo 11 moon landing. It's made by Replogle Globes, a division of Meredith Corporation. 
This globe is 50 years old, and has been well cared for. To me it looks almost new. Great condition. This is a 6" globe. It's a little over 8" tall on the stand.
