Item description - Terri Lee Nurse Uniform # 3530 G. White cotton uniform dress, beautifully tailored with fitted top pleats front and back. Opens fully in front and closes with 5 front snaps. Snaps on the sleeves, belt and cap as well. Her nursing cap is trimmed with a black band. Embroidered Terri Lee tag sewn into the inside neckline.
Item condition -... Displays nicely on Terri. This costume is in very nice condition and has the belt, which many times is lost. The only thing I noticed was the snap on the right sleeve doesn't catch as tight as it should, other than that...no stains, tears or holes found.
Please examine photos as they are considered part of the description as to condition. I will always note any flaws that are found after careful examination. My apology on the photos...my flash is having problems.
