RARE vintage Wayang Kulit Tradition Puppet Shadow Theatre Horn Handles Indonesia. Wayang Kulit puppets are used in traditional Indonesian shadow theater. Still very popular in Bali and Java. A highly skilled puppet master will utilize a number of these characters to tell different stories. The art of telling these stories through the puppets is called Wayang Kulit. 
These puppets are made of finely crafted buffalo leather and painted on both sides with dye and gold paint.Shadow... puppet is 25 inches tall (34 inches with rod) Good vintage condition, the jointed leather is intact  handles are not broken however one handle is detached from hand. Overall the piece is in good condition. Please refer to pictures and let the bidding begin
