Patch- Chicago Police Dept Condition is Excellent - appears to be new. Colors are white - royal blue - goldPatch has been stored for some time with a paper clip holding the main patch & the (blue & white) #12 circular patch together. This has resulted in a small rust stain across the top of the number 2. Otherwise the condition looks excellent Size : 3 1/2” tall x 4 3/8 “ wide.
