It is a Bailey design but is not signed in the pattern (The rare black ones appear to have never been signed). The cup's foot an...d handle are thickly coated in gold and both gently fluted pieces are outlined in gold.The set is in beautiful condition with no flaws whatsoever (not even a scratch). All gold is completely intact.
