I recently purchased this at an estate sale. I tried researching it on eBay and online and to the best of my knowledge it was an inauguration item. Please enlarge all of my photos and use them as your only description because this is not my area of expertise. I believe the round part is celluloid. It is two sided with McKinley and Hobart GOP on one side and two crossed flags on the backside. The ribbon is in very poor condition but if you look closely I can see a couple of letters that... used to be in the word inaugural or inauguration. I have no idea what this is worth but I haven’t been able to find one exactly like it on eBay. I will start it at a low opening bid and you collectors will tell me what it is worth. I will package it with extreme care and send it by priority Mail with tracking and insurance for the full purchase price. Feel free to ask any questions you may have and I will do my best to answer or send more photos.
