So Tonight That I Might See is the second studio album by American alternative rock band Mazzy Star, released on October 5, 1993.The album's first track, "Fade into You", became the band's first and only single to make the Billboard Hot 100 chart, peaking at number 44, and also charted at number 48 on the UK Singles Chart.Critical reception[edit]Professional ratingsReview scoresSourceRatingAllMusic[2]Entertainment WeeklyA[3]Los Angeles Times[4]NME8/10[5]Pitchfork9.4/10[1]Rolling Stone[6]Uncut9/10[7]Soundlab10/10[8]Sputnikmusic[9]In a highly positive review, Steve Hochman of the Los Angeles Times called So Tonight That I Might See "far more narcotic and hypnotic than anything the whole techno-trance universe has digitally blipped up to date."[4] NME described it as an "even more lustrous, becalmed work" than She Hangs Brightly, [5] later placing it at number 44 on its year-end list of the best albums of 1993.[10] Lorraine Ali of Rolling Stone was more critical, writing that the album's initially intriguing qualities grow "increasingly monotonous", [6] while Robert Christgau of The Village Voice dismissed the album as a "dud".[11]AllMusic critic Ned Raggett retrospectively wrote that So Tonight That I Might See "remains the group's undisputed high point, mixing in plenty of variety among its tracks without losing sight of what made the group so special to begin with".[2] In 2010, Pitchfork listed the track "Fade into You" at number 19 on its list of the top 200 tracks of the 1990s.[12] In 2018, the website ranked So Tonight That I Might See second on its list of the 30 best dream pop albums.[

Provenance:I was the Music Director for my college radio station in 1993 & 1994. That meant I got to open the mail everyday and had a look at all the oddities and promo items the record companies would spend money on to get us to pay attention to their product and to maybe play it on air. I kept a few of the things that the station had no use for - which meant, in the age of CDs, I kept the interesting vinyl and posters. I was not necessarily interested in the music, I kept the item because it seemed novel or unique - mainly for a colored vinyl, or cool cover, or famous artist.I didn't own a record player then, so I never played any of the vinyl. When I went home for the semester it was put in my parents' basement in a box, where it stayed until now, because the house is being sold. The basement was dry, clean, non-smoking, and climate controlled. These records are assured to be mint and unplayed, because I'm the only one who ever touched them - opened the mail at the station, to my room, to the basement, to my place now for shipment.
And, I worked for a CD store then also.
To pay combined shipping, just win the several auctions you want, and don't pay for it; then I will make a combined invoice for shipping them all in the same package and send that to you for payment.
