Rare Vintage Hamilton Piping Rock 14k Gold Automatic Wristwatch c.1930s
In good working order and in excellent condition for its age. Runs, winds and sets. Rare all original Hamilton Piping Rock, with cal. 979 size 6 automatic winding movement, 19 jewels, 14k Yellow Gold case, caseback and crown. Hinged lugs, case is 30mm x 42mm lug to lug (1.18 in. x 1.65 in.). Serial number 2901855 circa 1930-1937. Black enamel and gold roman numeral bezel. Dial is silver/off white in color -... no signs of fading, inner 60 seconds sub dial, original blue steeled hands, acrylic crystal. Case and bezel have very light scratches, can be polished out on case. On a like new brown alligator strap with a gold colored buckle. Watch may need calibration/overhaul.
