The Gruen Carre’ very early, very rare watch. Lizard skin case is in exceptional condition . No abrasions or rips, . This case is made by Lip Eclipso of France, ( original designer ) most Carre’ cases are by Wadsworth, only the early ones are by Eclipso. This model is featured in their adds. Silver and white dial with raised gold numbers and hands signed Gruen Guild Switzerland. Dial is in great condition. The movement is a 115 caliber 17 jewels #623474 the watch runs but the deten...t is worn therefore it cannot be set. Needs service. Overall this rare Carre’ is in pristine condition for it’s age.
