Original pair of German WWII general purposefield goggles as issued to the DAK (Deutsche Afrikakorps) and for theMediterranean battle field region. This is the mid war model issue type!Soft desert tan leatherette frame with exchangeable lenses. Both swivellens holders work well. The blue-grey head band strap isstill elastic and adjustable. Besides the German troops in the North Africandesert, these goggles were also preferred by German paratroope...rs! The goggles can fold up for easy pocket storage. All over still innice condition and making an excellent display (note sample pictures above where you can see this type of gogglesin field use on original war photographs) -I send the item viaregistered Airmail.
