Wonderful vintage Whiting & Davis circa 1976 mesh purse offered in near mint condition. Taken from the Whiting and Davis website: Whiting & Davis celebrated the 100th Anniversary with the Heritage Collection, a limited series of handbags called the Stars with painted designs in the likeness of the popular actors: Charlie Chaplin, Renee Adoree, Clark Gable and Marion Davies. Charlie Chaplin, the only of the four stars , was done in black and white. This purse features the origin...al 30 inch chain and bears two interior Whiting & Davis marks.
