This is a 1968 TOWN&COUNTRY zippo that one of the sailors off of the  USS HORNET who participated in the recovery of the APOLLO 11 landing module pulled out of the ocean, the lid on the front has APOLLO 11 engraved on it and the back has'RECOVERY 24 JULY 69, FIRST MAN ON THE MOON, LYNN PELHAM', He was likely the only sailor off of this ship who got his town&country Zippo engraved to commemorate there participation in such a historic event.The lighter is used and comes in a...n original zippo box with warranty and instruction sheet. this LIGHTER WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TRACKABLE AND INSURED.
