Vintage Walt Disney Pluto Soft Head Pez Dispenser No Feet. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. Head says just “Hong Kong” but the stem says “Made in USA”. The stand does not come with the Pez. The picture of the Pez on its back shows how well the spring still works.
