Vintage Walt Disney Goofy Pez Dispenser No Feet. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box. The blue Stem says made in USA, however the head of goofy says Hong Kong on it. His head is made out of something like rubber or something similar (semi soft head). The stand does NOT come with the Pez Dispenser. The picture of the Pez on its back shows whether the spring works or not anymore.
