Vintage Wood & Metal Storage Chest.Beautiful original drab green paint. Top badge reads "Signal Corp - US Army - Chest BC-5 - Order No 16462 - Phila - 52" and "United States Trunk Co, Inc". Green metal hardware reinforces corners and edges. Piece sits flat and flush. Lid works great. Neat original white stencil on side. Has working clasps to lock tight. Has a hasp that a padlock can be added to. The two-way metal handles on sides are in great shape. Inside is original and fairly cl...ean. Has hardware that allows lid to stay ajar. Piece measures approx 29 1/2" long x 18 1/2" deep x 15 1/2" tall.Local pickup available in Hershey, PA. We are unable to ship trunks to PO Boxes.
