Here offered is a Vintage 1953 Pontiac Hood Ornament. This chrome plated ornament is believed to be applicable to all Chieftain models of that model year. The part number appears to read 415205 and the assembly number 516780. Both mounting studs are intact and the threads look good. There are a few areas where the plating is thin and copper is visible, but overall the surface has a brilliant finish with few pits. This is a Very Nice driver quality condition ornament that would be a... strong addition to any '53 restoration or Hood Mascot collection ! (See Photos) Thank You For Looking.
