I am so excited about offering this doll to you! She is stunning in person!! Pictures are NOT doing this doll justice!!
*************************************************This doll is my version of the Japanese Exclusive Side Glancing Francie dol...l.
*************************************************This is truly a one of a kind doll. No one else will have one like her. If you own everything else Mattel ever made, this is surely something you don't already have!
*************************************************For your consideration is a completely revamped vintage Francie Doll. She has the 1965 Mattel, Inc U.S. Pend U.S. Pat. Pend Made in Japan body. She has straight legs. Her hair is completely original with hair string added to keep it in place. Her original makeup was removed and has been revamped to match the Japanese version of Francie. Cheek blush was added for that little touch of softness it brings. No neck splits, no nose nips. No swingy arms or legs. Although revamped, doll is still vintage and has wear consistent with age such as body scuffs, minor scratches and possible light stains.
Also included is an adorable blue kimono and the Japanese Francie booklet. I purchased the Japanese booklet from a seller selling them as reproduction but I think it could be original as I can find no reproduction marks on it. (Don't hold me to this, just my opinion).
