Vintage Dick Sequerra Pyramid Metronome Model 7 Speakers
Up for auction is a pair of Sequerra Met 7 speakers in great vintage pre-owned condition.
The walnut finish speaker cases and the metal grills are all in very good shape with no major blemishes. Only a few very minor nicks and scratches. (see photos)
As seen in the photos, these are labeled as 'Demo' where the serial numbers are normally stamped, so they had very low hours put into them by the original owner. The second ...owner never used them once after acquiring them...he had another audio setup that he used regularly, and just kept these speakers in his stash over the past 30 years along with the rest of his collection.
The speakers have been tested before listing, and they sound great! The rubber woofer surrounds are soft and in good shape with no deterioration. The woofers and tweeters on both speakers are in good working order. Please note, however, that the functionality of the red and green LED lights was not properly tested, because the speakers were only tested for a brief period just to ensure that the tweeters and woofers were in good working order. The speakers were purposely not driven too hard while testing, so the indicator lights did not illuminate during the test, but I have no reason to doubt that they illuminate as they should when pushed at higher levels.
The speakers will be shipped via Fedex ground Home Delivery, and they will be extremely carefully packaged using high quality packing materials and shipped double boxed for added protection to ensure safe delivery.
