Made of porcelain, glass and steel, item is red, black and silver. Per-owned, it is in good condition from age but not currently functional as part of the front needs repair for the lower piece to stay in place, refer to photos. Some scuffs and scratches exist. Item comes with a lock and two keys, one for the top to refill, one for the lower coin compartment. When we insert the key for the top in, it turns but we are not able to get the lid off.
