The quarter is just to provide scale. The lighter is near mint - for all intents and purposes unused/unfired - I'm doubtful if it was ever fueled. The box is a bit discolored from age/handling. As can also be seen from the uploaded images, this one has additional advertising on the back for Hahn & Schaffner Inc of Bolivar, NY. See photos for greater detail.
