Artistic nude 8 x 10 photo of the beautiful legendary June Palmer. B/W Photo in good condition, scuff marks at left hand side and finger prints on the right, a crease at top right corner. All can be seen when zooming in on photo. Rare original, one of a kind. Taken by an amateur Photographer in the 1960's, never circulated, nice sharp image of June wearing a sexy white shirt! Printed on medium weight glossy paper, gelatin silver.
June was famous Worldwide and was recognized and admi...red for her amazing perfect hour glass figure. Her Career started when she was in her teens, (not long out of High School). She was a dancer in her early teens and carried through with that into her early 20's. This was a great asset to her amazing posing as a nude/glamour model. June modeled for famous Photographers, such as George Harrison Marks, whom she became great Friends with, George Sigmund, Irv Carsten, Ed Alexander (all of which were from the U.S). Ken Williams, Russell Gay and many more. She not only appeared in numerous magazines around the World, but was also an Actress and had various parts on General Circuit Films. She was a favourite Model at the Earls Court Motor Shows. June was hired to do record album sleeves, CD covers, Novel covers, Calendars, she did many promotional advertisements for catalogues for Commercial Companies, appeared on the Benny Hill show, The two Ronnies, and the 'Roy Castle' show. June was married in the early 1960's to Photographer/Stuntman Arthur Howell. They opened up thier own Studio called 'The Strobe' in St. John's Hill Clapham Junction. It was here that June started her own Model Agency and became very successful with it. June had some of the best Models in the business on her books. Her Career lasted well into the 1970's, until she re-married and retired. At 63 June passed away from Cancer. Her memory lives on from the Collectors of her material from the last 50 years plus.
