Vintage TERRI LEE DOLL In GENE AUTRY Autographed Pink & Purple Outfit 16”. Condition is Used. Shipped with USPS Priority Mail.This is an 1950s Terri Lee doll and 1953 Gene Autry autographed outfit, with the exception of the boots. The outfit includes a felt hat, a western satin shirt with gold trim and snap buttons, the autographed purple cotton jeans, and a brown leather belt. To replace her lost boots, she was given pink snap shoes to match her outfit. This outfit is referenced... in the 1953 Terri Lee brochure (brochure included). The condition of the outfit is in quite good overall with the exception of a tear in the jeans along the seam. Please see photograph. The doll has TERRI LEE across her back. I was told she has a replacement wig and was originally a blonde. This black wig is shiny but not as curly as the original wig. The hair style does fit with her “riding” clothes. Terri Lee is a strung doll. She still holds a pose and will stand on her own for photos.
