The cannon raises, the cannon can turn, the stabilizing legs can be folded down, the towing bar can move up and down and the rolling wheels can be removed.Complete with original box, styrofoam insert, clear plastic clamshell protector and plastic mounts with screws !The box is in good condition with some shelf we...ar from age and handling. The wheels are removable but there are very tiny screws under the carriage that need to be removed first in order to do this.Note: the Minichamps 88 flak gun has lots of delicate pieces. There is always the chance that something may break off during shipping. Basic modeling skills are a plus if you are buying one. Usually a little drop of Superglue will fix most issues. This is the same way Minichamps originally mounted the smaller parts. Look closely at the pictures. Thanks for looking!
